Shipping Information:

We will fill your order within two days and ship it per your instructions. If insurance was not purchased on the shipping of an item we will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to *return your money. Just return the item to us in the same condition as you received it in and we will refund your money. *Refunds will not be issued for opened items that were previously sealed.

Can you receive an order via fax? Yes, we do except faxed or orders, however, we do not leave our fax machine on 24hours a day. So please contact us (339-223-1391) prior to faxing the order, so that we may ensure the machine is on.

Will you be doing any shows in the near future? Please check our show schedule to see what shows we will be attending in the upcoming months.

Do you accept checks or money orders? Yes, we will accept either payment method. Upon checkout, please select the payment method and follow the on screen instructions.
